一般攝影問題(Normal Questions)

 

1)  請問會包所有相片嗎? 一般收到多少張相? 
Is it including all photos? How many photos are included?

- 所有攝影服務都包括所有相片及光暗原色微調。

- All services are included all photos with colors and lighting adjustment.

- 以往經驗 1小時約80-100張左右, 實際數量視乎客人表現及過程。

- For our experience, normally around 80-100pcs per hour. Depend on customer performance.

2) 請問包精修嗎? 

 Is it included fine retouched?

- 個別服務若包括精修的話會在內容註明, 若沒有寫包括的話, 是沒包括精修的。

- Some service packages are not included fine retouched specially wedding day and event service.
    Please check our price list include or not.

- 額外精修 +$100/1張

- Fine retouched photos $100/each piece.

3) 微調與精修分別?

What is the different between with colors and lighting adjustment and fine retouched photos?

- 微調只限於基本光暗, 顏色 及 構圖調整(原色) 

-Colors and lighting adjustment is only for color, lighting and composition adjustment (Original color).

- 精修會修改肥瘦和臉部皮膚, 相片瑕疵等

-Fine retouched photos are for skin and body adjustment.

4) 會給JPG 還是RAW?

What are the photo files included? JPG or RAW

- 只會提供JPG,   "不會" 提供RAW檔案。 RAW 檔案是半完成品, 只有原創者所擁有, 亦是創作者象徵。

如果客人要的話, 代表要購買相片版權, $500/張。

-We are offer JPG File only. Raw is belong to creator’s copy right. If customer need Raw file, $500/pcs for creator’s copy right.

5) 一般多少日才收到相片?

How many dates for receiving photos?

- 光暗微調1-2星期, 選好相片後, 精修時間也是1-2星期。

- Colors and lighting adjustment for 1-2 weeks only. After choosing photos, it is 1-2 weeks for fine retouched photos

- 如旺季11及12月需要三星期才完成, 會因情況而決定。

-If high season such as Nov and Dec, it may finish adjustment about 3 weeks.

6A) 原色和調色分別( Color filter)? 

What is different between original color and filter color?

- 在網路上, 無論Facebook/ IG 很多人都使用調色(Color filter)去增加相片表達。

-For social media (Facebook/IG), people always use color filter to increase the emotional feeling.

- 所有微調相片會修成原色

-For all color and light adjustment are only for original colors.

- 婚禮 2P(2攝) 服務會送精華調色相片,由攝影師選擇。

-If customers choose big day 2P service (two photographers), we will free to give highlight color filter. The photos are chosen by photographer​.

7) 如何收取相片?

How to get photos?

- 一般以Google Drive 下載, 由於容量有限, 連結保留只三個月。如三個月後客人要求重新上載所有相片, 需要額外收取$500 的 手續費,以免影響攝影師工作。

- We will offer a temporary link from google drive for customers free to download your photos. We understood customers may busy for life and work. If customers request re-upload after 3 months, there is extra charge $500/ each time for penalty.

8) 如果半年後, 相片不見了, 如何辨?

What happen if lost our photos after 6 months?

- 這真是抱歉, 相片檔案半年後將會剷除, 如遺失相片, 怒不負責。

- We are sorry to tell you that we will delete all customers photos after 6 months. Please keep your photos be carefully.

8A)下載有困難如何處理?

What happen if we are hard to download from internet?

- 若下載有困難,修圖後一個月內,可以上我們辦公室下載。

-If you are hard to download from internet, you can come to office for download all the photos within one month

- 或者攝影時提供USB手指 給我們,再預約提取。

- Or you can give us USB drive for storage all the photos and pick at our office.

8B) 如何器材損壞 / 器材被盜 / 發生任何意外 而沒有相片如何辦?

What happen if lost customers photos because of accident such as got stolen / got broken our equipment?

- 不幸事實大家都不想發生, 萬一出現以上情況, 只能退回相關服務費用, 不會賠上額外費用。

If it is happening any accident for equipment, we can do all refund from the bill.

改期/取消/天氣/訂金問題(Re-schedule/Cancellation /Weather/Deposit Questions)

9) 如果疫情問題不能攝影, 可以改期嗎?

 What happen if government tighten up policy for Covid 19 which cause us can’t take the reservation? Can we change the date?

- 如果是疫情嚴重因政府收緊, 本店是可以免費改期, 不限次數。

- We can offer re-schedule if government tighten up policy for Covid 19.

- 如確診可免費改期一次, 第2次會收 $800 /次 改期費。(相信不會短時間內再次確診)

- If positive for Covid 19 test, we can free for re-schedule the booking for 1st time. For 2nd times, we need to change $800/each time. 

10) 如果天氣不佳, 如何安排?

How to arrange if bad weather?

- 如果陰天和微雨, 外景可以如期進行。

-If there is cloudy or light rain, it is not necessary for re-schedule.

- 若黃色暴雨警告訊號 或 3 號強風警告以下生效,將不會接受外景, 客 人必需改期或轉室內,以免甩妝亂頭而影響作品。

-If typhoon No. 3 and amber, it is necessary for re-schedule for outdoor photoshooting.

- 若紅雨/黑雨/8 號以上風球,外景必需改期。如婚禮客人需加每位職員$1500 附加費。

-if typhoon No. 8 and red/black rainstorm, there is extra charge for continuing photoshooting service. $1500 for each staffs

11) 因私事可以免費改期嗎?

What happen if the reservation date have to reschedule ?

- 如果客人因私事可有"1次"免費改期機會, 第2次會收 $800 /次 改期費。

There is no any charge for 1st time reschedule service. The reschedule service charge is from 2nd time. The price is $800/each time.

12) 下訂後可以取消預約嗎?

 What happen if we need to cancel the reservation?

- 下訂後只可以改期, 如果取消將不會退回任何訂金, 以免影響本店生意。

There is no refund for any cancellation after paying deposit. We can offer re-schedule service or change to another service.

13) 如果當日需要更改時間, 如何辨?
What happen if you need to reschedule your time of 
booking?

- 建議客人給訂金時, 先考慮清楚時間。 因為更改時間有可能影響其他客人預約, 有機會無法更改, 若客人突然修改而本店無更改時間, 客人是需要付上責任, 訂金是不會退回。

-   We suggest customers consider the booking time be carefully that reschedule the time may affect another customer's reservation. If reschedule of the booking times is same as another customers reservation, we won't accept your reschedule the booking time and you can't get back your payment also.

14) 遲到如何辨?

What happen if we are late?

- 為顧及上/下一手客人公平起見 遲到客人將不會補發因遲到所失去的時間。

-We won’t have time return for late customers. The photoshooting time will be the same as the booking schedule.

15) 缺席如何辨?

What happen if no show?

-若客人多次更改時間或無理缺席而影響本店生意,本店有權不接受預約 及沒收按金。

There is no any refund for no show customers.

16) 是不是偏遠地區都可以拍攝?

How about the photoshooting location is no bus and MTR can be arrived? (Remote Area)

-如果偏遠地區我們會收取由最近地鐵站到目的地來回的士車費

- We will claim the taxi fee from the near MTR to the destination.

17) 需要付多少訂金呢? 什麼方式付款?

How many deposits we need to pay? 

- 所有服務50% 訂金以作保留檔期, 除了證婚場套餐需要70% 訂金。
若客人沒有付訂金, 本店是不會為客人保留日期。

- 50% deposit for all service apart wedding ceremony package which need 70% deposit. We won't hold the date without paying deposit.

-付款方法: Cash / Payme /Bank/FPS

錄影問題 (Video Questions)

18) Highlight 和Full version大約什麼時間才完成? 

How long can we get highlight and full version videos?

- 影片Highlight 及Full version 製作需時2-3個月(視乎旺季), 解像度為1080p

highlight and full version videos will be finished around 2-3 months with resolution :1080P (depend on low or high seasons)

19) Highlight(精華片段)  , Same Day Edit (早拍晚播SDE) 和Full version (大片)有什麼分別?

What are the different between Highlight, Same day edit (SDE) and Full version?

- Highlight (精華片段 )3-5分鐘

- Highlight is around 3-5 mins video

Same Day Edit (早拍晚播 SDE) 即是即日剪片, 剪片需要5小時, 有早拍晚播的話, 之後不會提供Highlight (精華片段)

- Same day edit means your wedding video, edited on the day of and ready to view at the wedding banquet. SDE take around 5 hours. We don't provide another highlight if you have same day edit (SDE).

- Full version 全影片紀錄 30分鐘至90分鐘

- Full version is around 30-90mins video

- 所有分鐘時數視客人素材而定, 時數愈多, 素材愈多。

- The minutes of videos are depend on footage of videos. More hours for more footage.

19A)可制作成長片段嗎?

Do you provide childhood montage?

- 我們不提供成長片段制作,建議可到專門製作成長片段網站或台灣網站自製。

- We don't provide childhood montage. We can recommend make from some professional childhood montage shop. 

20) 如果想改4K 可以嗎?

Can record for 4K videos?

- 如客人需要4K影片規格錄製, 請預早通知, 並且會有額外收費。

- Please inform us for 4K before your reservation. There is extra charge for 4K videos.

21) 可以取回原片嗎?

Can we get back all the footage?

- 客人不能取回所有原影片(Footage), 會有(Full version) 代替。

- We won't give back all the footages because Full version already instead of the footages.

22) 錄影可修改多少次? 

How many times we can revise our videos?

- 影片包含1 次免費更改, 其後(第2次)將收取HKD1000服務費用

- We can offer 1st time revise only. For 2nd time, we will charge HKD1000/ each time.

- 每次修改時間需時大約2星期(視乎修改內容)

- Every revision will take about 2 weeks. (Depend on your revision)

23) 剪片前需要前來跟錄影師會議嗎?

After recording our video, can we have a meeting with videographer and give our ideas for video edit?
- 拍攝完成後, 錄影師會直接以個人風格剪片, 完成後直接交貨。不會提供任何會議, 以免拖延及影響工作進度。

-To avoid delay the video work, after recording our video, videographer will use his/her own style for editing video. Moreover, your own ideas may disturb his/her original ideas. You can give your ideas after his/her video finished.

24) 2小時可預約錄影服務嗎?

Can we book 2 hours video record service?

- 經過內部評估2小時實在影片素材太少, 所以決定修改為3小時或以上 才可預約錄影服務。

- In our past experience , video recording for 2 hours are very less footage for editing. For video recording, we can accept at least 3 hours or above

婚禮問題 (Big Day Questions)

26) 1位攝影師的話是Standard 還是 Snap? Standard 和Snap 有什麼分別?

What if we choose One photographer which is “Standard” or “Snap” photographer? What are the different between Standard or Snap photographer?

- 1位攝影師必定是Standard 正鏡, 因為婚禮大多親友合照為主, Standard 正鏡一般會正統姿勢拍攝,  而Snap副鏡 一般以捉/ 抓拍為主, 會將客人最自然一面拍下來, 如果一攝只用Snap副鏡 難以交代整個婚禮情節。與Standard 可以用不同鏡頭及角色拍出不一樣風格。

-It has to be standard photographer for one photographer. For wedding day, standard photographer will take a lot of group photos with standard pose which is different with snap photographer.

For snap photographer is the sudden capture that is performed for a fast-moving subject for natural moments. If only snap photographer, it looks like a missing piece for the story. Also, Standard and Snap photographers will use different lens with different angles. Their photos will be different styles.

27) 需要Claim 職員車費嗎?

Do we need to pay for traffic fee for staffs?

- 9:00am 前到達都需要支付職員的士費。 

-Before 9:00am arrive, we will claim the taxi fee for staffs.

28) 需要早費/ 夜費嗎? 

Do we need to pay for extra money for specified time?

- 攝影師及錄影師 8:30am 前或11:30pm 後, 每位需加$150/半小時 附加費

- There are no extra charge at 8:30am – 11:30pm for photographer and videographer. Before 8:30am and after 11:30pm extra charge $150/30mins.

28A) 什麼時候會有助手嗎?

What situation provide assistant?

- 半日及全日 1P1V/2P1V 會安排一位助手, 主要協助晚宴上攝影師及錄影師兩邊運作。

- For half day or full day 1P1V/2P1V, we will arrange an assistant to help our photographer and videographer

- 一攝(1P)服務不提供助手。

- One photographer service will not provide an assistant.

29) 需要安排膳食嗎?

Do we need to arrange crew meal?

- 5小時或以上需要安排職員膳食及時間, 半日一餐, 全日為兩餐

- If the service over 5 hours or above, it has to provide crew meal for us. Half day for 1 meal and full day for 2 meals

- 安排膳食方法:
1)職員外面膳食或外賣報銷。

2)宴會場地安排其他膳食。

- Arrange crew meal

  1. We can eat outside or take away and claim the bill.

  2. Provide from customers.

30)  如果婚禮掛8號風球, 可以繼續嗎?

What happen if typhoon No.8, can we continue?

- 如不幸婚禮當天掛上8號風球, 客人需為每名工作人員支付$1000及來回的士費以確保職員在安全情況下工作及回程。

-If typhoon No.8, customers have to pay $1500 for each staff and claim the taxi fee for staff arrive safety.

31) 中途轉換地點, 需要支付職員車費嗎?

Do we need to pay for transportation fee for staffs when move another location during the service?

- 若中途轉換地點, 客人是要需要安排職員交通及支付交通費。

- If move another location during the service, customers have to pay for transportation fee for staffs.

32) 中途轉換地點, 職員可以坐巴士/ 地鐵?

Can the staffs by bus or MTR during the service when move another location?

- 不能, 無論化妝師, 錄影師 及攝影師, 每位工作人員都身背一堆器材, 巴士/地鐵是不便。  我們會拒絕客人預約。

- We won’t accept by bus or MTR during the service because there are a lot of heavy equipment for our staffs.

Please respect us.

33)預約婚禮攝影需要給行程表嗎?

Do we need to provide rundown?

- 所有婚禮攝影是需要跟攝影溝通清楚才有好的作品, 作品好與壞視乎當日行程狀態,例如時間 (日光) 及場地, 避免爭論, 建議客人預約前請準備好行程表, 以便即時修改。

- All good photos have to talk and discuss with your photographer. Your photos will affect by your rundown such as the time (Day light) and your venues. To avoid any problems, please provide your rundown before your reservation.

34) 你們有婚紗及化妝提供嗎?

Can you provide bridal dress & makeup service?

- 本店是攝影公司, 不是婚紗店, 因此沒有婚紗提供。 但我們有合作婚紗店, 經我們轉介, 可有95折。

- Our company focus on photoshoot service. We don’t have any rent bridal dress service. We can recommend our cooperation bridal dress shop which is 5% off for our customers.

- 我們有常合作化妝師, 想了解更多化妝詳情及收費, 可以轉介化妝服務。

We don’t have any makeup service. We can recommend our MUA for you only.

相薄印刷問題 (Photo Album Questions)

35) 相薄印刷多少錢? 

How much for photo album printing?

- 相薄印刷只限於Prewedding 客戶 , 相薄呎吋 8x10" 20頁

- We only offer photo album printing for prewedding customer only.The size are 8 X 10” 20 pages .​

36) 包括排版設計嗎?

Is it including Typographic Design?

- 包免費基本排版及設計

- It is included basic Typographic Design only

38) 可以給我們自己相加入相薄印刷嗎?

Can we provide our own photos to put in the photo album?

- 印刷相片只限本店相片, 確保有一定像素印刷。 不接受其他非本店攝影相片印刷。

- Photo album printing is only for our company’s photos with high pixel to make sure the quality for our photo album. We won’t accept from customer’s photos.

39) 如果不滿意, 可修改排版嗎?

Can we revise the Typographic Design if not satisfice?

- 在確認印刷相簿前,客人可先預覽,最多可以修改2次,2次以上需加$500/次修改費用。

- Before printing the photo album, we will send the draft to the customers. The max “2 times’ for revise the Typographic design. $500/time for additional charge after 2 times revision.

40) 如何取貨? 多少天完成印刷?

How to take the photo album? How about days to make the photo album?

- 客人可以選擇自取或快遞到付,建議客人自取,若因運輸而造成損壞,本店將不會負責。

- Customers can take at our office in Kwai Hung or delivery service. We suggest customer come to pick up rather than delivery service because we won’t take any responsibility if any damage from delivery service.

- 印刷預計時間約一個月才完成

- It is about “One month” for photo album printing.

41) 為什麼出現色差?

What happen if color different with the draft?

- 由於電腦畫面有些顏色有機會顯示不到, 而打印機感應顏色較強, 因此印刷相薄不可能100% 跟螢幕完全一樣。

The reason why happen color different because every screen may show different colors. Sometime printer can scenes the color which can’t show on the screen especial color effect photos. And this problem is normal. We can’t print 100% same as the draft.

​-所以印相薄我們盡量以真實顏色打印 (原色)

-So our photo album color are original color to avoid the color different problem.

公司問題(Company Questions)

42)  請問你們是公司還是freelancer?

May I know are you from company or freelancer?

- 我們是自己創立公司, 自己接工作,  跟其他公司是沒關係的。

- We are own company. Not relative with other company.

43)  辦工室工作時間? 請問辦工室地址在那?

What is the office business hour?

- 由於我們長期外出工作, 沒有指定工作時間。

- We don’t have office business hour because we always work outside for photoshoot job. 
- 我們辨工室已搬到共享辦工室, 如需約見需預先預約。

- Our office has already moved to share office. Please make an appointment if necessary to meet our team. 

44) 你們有商業登記嗎?

Do you have Business registration? (BR)

- 我們是合法擁有商業登記的公司。

- We have Business registration (BR)

45) 你們多少條team?

How many teams do you have?

- 我們暫時只有1條team。 

-We have one team only

46) 可以直接聯絡錄影師/ 化妝師/ 婚紗店 嗎?

Can we contact with videographer / MUA/ bridal dress shop directly?

- 當然可以, 但由於他們第三方合作掛單, 所有私下聯絡本店將不會跟進及負責訂單。

- Of course you can contact them. We are third party cooperation only. We won’t follow up the case if contact them direct.

47) 有沒有隱藏收費?

Do you have hidden charges?

- 我們把所有額外收費條文已清楚寫在網站, (例如: 膳食, 車費, 修圖)

當然條文比較多, 有部份客人仍理解錯誤, 所以預約前, 客人可以查詢及了解清楚。

-         Other payment terns already mention in our website (EG: Crew meal, transportation fee, fine retouched photos)

-         Some customers ignore the payment terns and policy. Please read be carefully and book before reading.

48) 可以預留日期嗎?

Can we hold the date?

- 我們只接受收訂金後預留日期, 以付訂金時間先後次序來決定日期, 如果一直沒有付訂金, 不會為幫人預留日期。

- We are only accept hold the date after paying deposit. The booking date will depend on which customer pay first. We won’t hold the date without any payment.

49) 會否公開客人相片?

Will you show our photos in the social media or website?

- 一般情況客人相片是不會公開的的, 如果客人作品拍得很優秀, 我們會先問客人介不介意分享作品以作其他客人參考,可以的話才會放入Facebook/Ig/網站,  如果客人不同意是不會公開的。

- We won’t show ​every customer’s photo apart the photos are very nice and good shot. We will ask for customer permission first before share and show in the social media or website? (FB/IG/Website)
